1. Open the E-mail Accounts
Because you can set up as many mail accounts, as you want, the Internet Accounts dialog box displays all your account information. To open it, choose Tools, Accounts from the menu bar. 

  


2. Adding a new Email Accounts
There will be a dialog box with four radial buttons. Select the add a new e-mail account radial. Click next to proceed to the next step.

 

 
3. Selecting sever type
Displayed on the screen will be a dialog box with five radial buttons. Select POP3 Server option. 

 

 
4. Internet E-mail settings (POP3)
Enter in user information starting off with your name and e-mail address. Server information you will need to put in mail.enlightenhosting.com for incoming mail server (POP3) and outgoing mail server (SMTP).In logon information there is user name which you want to put in your email details. You put in your password.

Then after that is all filled in, you click on more settings box to proceed to the next step. 

 

 
5. More internet E-mail settings
In the dialog box the will be four tabs across the top, click on the outgoing server tab. Click the box with "my outgoing server (STMP) requires authentication". Tick the button saying "log on to incoming mail sever before sending mail."Then click ok.Then click next.You have now set up your email account.
