1. Login to webmail. http://mail.enlightenhosting.com
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Server Rules
4. Switch to “Basic View”
5. To block an email based on Subject do the following:
- Select “Subject: contains” under the “Item” field
- Type in the “Subject” you wish to block in the “String” field
- Select “Mark as Spam” or “Reject” under the “Action” field
- If you select “Mark as spam” then emails that match the conditions or contain words that match the conditions, will have the word [Spam] added to the subject line and then be delivered to your computer.
- If you select “Reject” then all emails that match the conditions or contain words that match the conditions, will be rejected by the server as soon as they come in. You will never see this email and there is no way of getting it back.
- Click “Add”
- Click “Enable”

6. To block an email based on who it was “from” do the following:
- Select “From: contains” under the “Item” field
- Type in the “email address” you wish to block in the “String” field
- Select “Mark as Spam” or “Reject” under the “Action” field
- If you select “Mark as spam” then emails that match the conditions or contain words that match the conditions, will have the word [Spam] added to the subject line and then be delivered to your computer.
- If you select “Reject” then all emails that match the conditions or contain words that match the conditions, will be rejected by the server as soon as they come in. You will never see this email and there is no way of getting it back
- Click “Add”
- Click “Enable”
